About

Getting some inspiration on fantastic, under the radar films and what to eat while watching them is what you can expect from flick & feast. Whether you’re looking to dine out or in, visit a movie theatre or binge at home, we have some suggestions for you.

Who runs this thing, anyway?

Hello there! I’m Stephany Babson, the person behind the blog. I’m a communications professional and video producer, and in my free time I basically just watch films and eat or cook. I can also be found planning my next round(s) of film watching, eating and cooking.

Grainy and blurry, right? You betcha!

This blog is a project for the “Foundations in Digital Communications and Social Media” course I’m taking through University of Toronto Continuing Studies.

Why should you listen to me?

As I proudly proclaim to whomever will listen, I don’t profess to be an expert on anything. You’ll find me at small community theatres, the Toronto Film Festival and at far too many restaurants, but I’m just a fan.

I really love food and film and hope that you do too. This blog is just for fun. So let’s be silly and enjoy ourselves, shall we?
